Kelly King - CEO/Owner
Kelly King started her career in the music industry in 1994. She has been a creative director for companies such as AVI Entertainment and Hayes Street Music. After a few years as Creative Director of Teracel Music she became a partner in the company as well as a partner in Good Girl Music, both co-ventures with Sony Music Nashville. In those years alongside Mark Bright she helped sign acts such as Rascal Flatts, Brett James, and many other successful songwriters. In 2011 she started her own company King Pen Music and her first act signed was Brothers Osborne. Since then King Pen Music has flourished with four more amazing songwriters and many other creative clients.
Harrison Sokoloff - Creative Manager
Harrison grew up in Germantown, Maryland and moved to Nashville in 2015 to study Music Business at Middle Tennessee State University. While at MTSU, he found his passion in Music Publishing through interning at various companies including BMG, Altadena, Big Yellow Dog, and Tape Room Music. Since graduating in 2019, he has worked independently managing songwriters in town until finding his place at King Pen.

Publishing
Kelly serves as a publisher to four Nashville based songwriters and has an incredible catalog that includes songs cut by Darius Rucker, Little Big Town, Locash, Brothers Osborne, Walker Hayes, Tim McGraw, and many others.
Other Creative Services
As well as publishing King Pen Music offers many other creative services. Kelly has recognized many talented artists over the years and helped develop them in the very beginning stages of their careers. She heads up A&R for Rascal Flatt's albums. She also acts as a booking liaison for artists here in Nashville as well as a plugger for many writers.
